Mr. Yousef Abdullah Al-Benyan is the Vice Chairman and CEO of SABIC and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Al-Benyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Management. In addition, he has received several specialized courses in Executive Management. He is also the Chairman of the Boards of Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab), the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company (SAFCO), and Saudi Iron and Steel Company (HADEED). In addition, he assumes leading positions at some national and regional associations and committees, including Chairman of the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA), and Chairman of the Petrochemical Manufacturers Committee.

Fahad-Al-Swailem

Fahad Al-Swailem

 

Mr Al-Swailem is the Vice President of the Polyethylene Business Unit & Global Polymers Sales at SABIC. He has fulfilled various managerial roles at SABIC throughout a 20 year tenure, having most recently held the position of Vice President of the Chemicals Business Unit. He has worked across the Middle East, Europe and America and has extensive experience in the commercial and technical aspects of downstream and polymers

Ahmed-Al-Umar

Ahmed Al-Umar

 

Mr Al-Umar is the Vice President of Joint Ventures Affairs at SABIC. He has 30 years of experience working on the chemical industry, with expertise in performance monitoring, business analysis, sales, and marketing, and currently oversees all SABIC joint ventures globally. Mr Al-Umar is also a board member in Yanpet, Kemya, and Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, among others

Turki Al-Mady

Mr. Turki Al-Mady is General Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions at SABIC. He has over 18 years of experience at SABIC during which he has led the group’s deal teams in structuring and negotiating some of the industry’s largest high-profile M&A transactions including the acquisition of a 24.99% stake in Clariant AG, and the facilitation of Saudi Aramco’s multi-disciplinary teams due diligence process for acquiring the PIF’s majority stake in SABIC. He has held many leadership positions across SABIC’s corporate functions globally. Mr. Al-Mady serves on the board of directors of a number of public and private companies, including SABIC Capital B.V. in the Netherlands, Arabian Petrochemical Company (Petrokemya), Saudi Industrial Investment Company (Dussur), and Albilad Capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with top honors from King Saud University, a master’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Denver University, in addition to being an alumnus of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.

Mazen Al-Jubair

Mr Al-Jubair is the Managing Director of Jawaris Investment Ltd. He is an entrepreneur and investor based in Riyadh, with portfolio companies operating in a range of industries. Mr Al-Jubair holds board membership positions in the Public Pension Agency, Careem, Maxis, among others. He also previously served as Executive Vice President at Amwal AlKhaleej and as an engagement manager at McKinsey

Mohammed Adnan Bin Himd

Mr Bin Himd was recently the head of transaction banking at Al Ahli NCB. He has over 25 years of experience in banking and financing, having particularly focused on SMEs financing and advisory throughout his career. Prior to his latest position, he was Head of SME at Al Ahli NCB, where he also held different managerial positions including Head of Islamic Finance and Head of Special Projects

Abdulrahman Al-Samari

Abdulrahman Al-Samari is the Managing Director of Local Content & Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA). As an executive, he brings with him extensive experience in strategy consulting for the public and private sectors as well as industrial experience in the oil and gas sector. He also has vast experience in business strategy, supply-chain development, operational & capital budgeting, workforce planning, and performance measurement.  Before joining LCGPA, Al-Samari had been working as an adviser at the Ministry of Economy and Planning looking after different assignments at the national level. As a Business Strategy Manager at Accenture, he worked with numerous energy clients (IOCs and NOCs) on local content development, supply and demand analyses, and integrated strategic & business planning across the Middle East. Before joining Accenture, Al-Samari worked with Saudi Aramco on several assignments related to upstream business strategy, oil operations, capital projects, and systems integration.

Saad N Al Udhailah

Mr Al Udhailah is currently the advisor of the Minister of Energy for gas supply management projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals industry. Prior to MEIM, he headed the Planning and Technical Support section under the Sales and Support department in Saudi Aramco. He also headed the Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance department at the Ministry of Defense. Mr. Al Udhailah is a member of the National Transformation Program, and a member of various committees within the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program

Mr Al Damer is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Performance Management for the Local Content Business Development Unit (LCBDU) at SABIC. He has over 15 years of experience in Semi-Government entities, Telecom and Banking with past roles at Monsha'at, Zain Telecom and Samba Financial Group. Mr. Al Damer manages Board Affairs at Nusaned Investment.
